It’s fast approaching this fantastic play. Rehearsals are well under way and I’ve heard through the grapevine that all the cast are looking forward to performing it. As it is quite a controversial play, the players are holding a special “Invite Schools and Colleges Evening” only on the 9th Oct. It is intended to bring out students of all ages and watch as the cast act out everyday issues including friendship and bullying.
The 10th and 11th Oct performances are for general public. Directors (Simon and Alex) have previously been involved in this play at the National Youth Theatre so they know all about it! This is the first time Simon and Alex have directed for the Players (although they were members of Players some years ago) and we are grateful to them for taking on this arduous task!
You can purchase tickets now from Bizzie Lizzie or Adams in Littleport. Tickets are priced at £5.00 per person for Friday and Saturday performances. See Box Office details for further information. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Please note this play provides some swearing.
