I joined The Littleport Players in 1999 and have been in the following shows; Dick Whittington, The Wizard of Oz, Ali-Baba, Oliver!, Frankenstein the Panto, Treasure Island, Murder Mystery, Scrooge the Musical, Adventures of Robin Hood, 2 Murder Mysteries, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Into the Woods – some of which were very challenging shows but well worth it in the end.
Being in the Littleport Players has provided me with a chance to gain confidence and a great chance to meet new and interesting people, I have also learned about the discipline needed to act on the stage. I also organise the many sponsors that are required for our programmes for the shows. Advertisements consist of ½ page of ¼ page adverts in full colour from local businesses.
